Is this legit lab testing?
This is legit! But, we get it - buying something online from an unknown source can feel scary. We work directly with LabCorp, one of the biggest, most widely accepted labs in the United States. That means you can bring these results to your doctor without a question.
How long will it take to receive my results?
After your labs are drawn, LabCorp typically takes 7–10 business days to analyze and send your results to us. Once we receive them, our functional medicine practitioner needs an additional 1–2 business days to prepare your personalized report. Altogether, you can expect your complete lab results and customized plan within 10-14 business days of your lab collection.
Am I stuck with LabCorp, or can I choose a different place to get these done?
For now, we only partner with LabCorp (but expansion is on the horizon, so stay tuned!). If your local doc’s office uses LabCorp, they can draw your sample and ship it off—just confirm first before you buy.
Can I use my health insurance to purchase these labs?
We're outside the insurance model. We have found that the few women who are able to get these labs through their doctor still have to pay high lab fees out-of-pocket. We've seen lab bills higher than $1000 after the lab draw. While we can't charge your insurance, we can promise you no no surprises or paperwork headaches.
Can I use an HSA/FSA?
While we don't directly accept HSA/FSA as a form of payment, you can submit this after purchase to see if your HSA/FSA will cover it. We can provide a detailed invoice for this on request. If this is really important to you, ask your HSA/FSA before purchasing to make sure this qualifies as a covered purchase.
